Welcome to our Sales & Marketing Section.

Remember that in our START SECTION, that on more than a few occasions we asked YOU to ASK YOURSELF... What business am I in?

Well this is kind of "the same thing", only the question that you now ask is..."What business is my customer in"...?

The answer should of course be..."Buying your Products or Services".

Now lets start by reminding YOU that people only buy either

WHAT THEY WANT or WHAT THEY NEED

So if your Products or Services fall into either of these categories with your customer base you are at the very least 50% there !

So what about the remaining 50%........well they buy on all the usual parameters, restrictions and considerations. i.e. Price, Quality, Delivery etc. All of which are considered by us to be "First amongst Equals"

But you know, it is an interesting question about how this very important area of business came to be known by the term "Sales & Marketing" If you apply simple logic...it should actually be called Marketing & Sales...why ?

Obvious really isn’t it...If you don’t promote your Products and Services to the correct customers, then the question of SELLING becomes academic, as they don’t even know you exist !

So it is REALLY about MARKETING (and then) SALES

Now we could (at this stage) give you all the correct "theory" about how to establish your objectives, set your marketing plan etc, but we are not going to do that...why ? Well firstly because we are not going to go over the "Strategy and Theory" on Sales & Marketing, which is widely available to you through all the very interesting links contained within our various sections.

This entire section is heavily biased to "Sales & Marketing" in the 21st century using e-Marketing !

E-Marketing provides small to medium sized companies with the best opportunity for a level playing field against much larger companies and corporations, almost since the beginning of marketing, as we know it.

E-Marketing is not about Advertising, or even Selling, it is about COMMUNICATION, and while your competitors continue to establish their WEB SITES as "adverts", and struggle to write (and distribute) Sales Letters, Flyers, Newspaper Adverts etc....we will show you how to build (and grow) a very successful business through the introduction of E-Marketing in general, and AUTORESPONDING in particular.
